We proudly deliver fresh produce, including tropical fruits and vegetables, across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. We also offer local pickup options across multiple locations listed below:

Delivery Time:

- Local deliveries (Lower Mainland area) typically take 1-3 business days after shipment arrives.

- For orders outside of our local delivery zone, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

 

Delivery Fees:

- Free Home Delivery on orders over $120 at checkout.

- For orders under $120, a flat fee $10 will apply based on your delivery location.

 

Shipping Options:

You can choose between home delivery or pickup from our list of locations at checkout.

 

Packaging:

We take extra care to pack all produce to ensure maximum freshness during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that shopping for fresh produce online is different, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are perishable, we have a no-return policy. Please review our terms below:

 

Freshness Guarantee:

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving/picking up your order. We’ll gladly replace the affected items.

 

Eligibility for Exchanges:

•⁠  ⁠Incorrect Items: If an item was not what you ordered, we will replace it.

•⁠ Damaged or Spoiled Produce: If your produce arrives in poor condition, please send us photos of the items and packaging within 24 hours of picking up or receiving the delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

 

Refund ProcessFor special case scenarios 

•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout 

•⁠  ⁠Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process once it has been approved.
